Myasia Jacobs is a dynamic powerhouse athlete and coach leading the Royal Reign Track Club.
Prior to her coaching career, as a student-athlete at Clemson University, Jaocbs aided Clemson Women's Track and Field team to an ACC Indoor and Outdoor Championship during the 2015/2016 season. Jacobs became an ACC Gold medalist in the 60 meter dash with a winning time of 7.24.
The Paterson, NJ native, earned several awards as a student-athlete and currently holds school records in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay. Jacobs won the silver medal in the 100-meter dash and ran a 100-meter leg on the mixed medley relay for the U.S. team at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. Jacobs became just the fourth girl in state history to repeat as a Meet of Champions winner in both the 100m and 200m. She won the 100m in 11.48, No. 2 in state history, and the 200m in 23.73, No. 5 in state history.
Jacobs finished first in the 60-meter dash in a state-record 7.41, the top time in the nation in 2011, while competing for the U.S. Junior National Team in a Germany-Japan-US Trilateral Friendly in Osaka, Japan. Jacobs broke the state record of 7.45 set in 1997 by Aleah Williams of Montclair.
Jacobs earned her bachelors of Arts in Communication from Clemson University in December 2016. She was the previous Head Coach of Bloomfield College of Montclair State University Men's and Women's Cross Country & Track and Field Team
